Very bad service

I would like to know by Mr delivery why they are so quick to take Ur money on the app when ordering food but don't pay the money back.i ordered food on the app and after taking my money they said the shop don't deliver in my area,it's been almost a month since I requested for my money to be paid back.i even chatted to someone on their WhatsApp but nothing.she said she's escalating the matter but it looks like Mr d is not willing to communicate or pay back the money.i don't recommend using this app.clearly Mr d is all about making money and no regards for it's customers
