VERY BAD SERVICE

I wouldn't advise anyone to use this app, extremely bad service. I will delete the app, I ordered food on Friday x3 payments of R305 was deducted from my account without a confirmed order number, we drove all the way to the restaurant and they tried to call Mr D after holding on for 15 minutes I was told to wait for the finance team to contact me. I followed up this morning and was told to wait, absolutely appalled by the lack of customer care. I will make sure non of my family members uses this service and I will definitely spread the word!!!!
