Very bad service

I have had the worst experience with mr D tonight and this is not the firts time that this has happened to me. I orderd food at 18:53 according to my app it should have been delivered by 19:50 by 21:21 I still haven't received my food. I contacted the help service twice, the first time I phoned they said the driver was on the way to my restaurant and that there was a delay at the restaurant which I understand, the 2nd time I phoned all of a sudden they didn't know what was wrong or what happened to my food so they said they need to contact the driver to find out and then come back to me at 21:27 I still haven't received any contact from them. I mean really this is very bad and its not the first time
