Very bad service!!!!!

I ordered a monitor from take a lot. Paid for early delivery and received The first of 3 Sms's saying my package will be delivered before 3 today 08/12/15. Waited until 2:45 called to find out were the driver was and was told because of technical difficulties on take a lots end my package will be delivered before 5 pm again received an sms confirming this. I then waited until 4:45 and called and spoke to a lady by the name of Candice who then advised that she cannot get a hold of ANYONE at the their courier service MR DELIVERY. She then asked me for my home address assuring me that the driver will deliver my package to my address no later then 8PM. Again I wait till 8 then call take a lot to speak to a lady by the name of Nolufefe and all I got from her was a call back saying she got a hold of some supervisor and before I could say anything she put the phone down on me and never bothered to call back. It is now 22:04 and I don't have my order WHICH I PAID FOR IN FULL and I don't have at least an estimated delivery date or time. This has been the worse experience I have ever had with take a lot and MR delivery. Please can a manager of either take a lot or MR delivery get back to me
