Very bad service

Last week Friday I received horrible service from a Mr D service provider, when I contacted Mr D they said they will refund. The money came into the app immediately. Then I chose the cash out option, up until today the money is not In my bank account yet.

Yet even if we are one cent short they won't give us service, they expect immediate payment.

Now they not refunding my money immediately.

I order from them every week. Sometimes numerous times a day.

I will be taking business elsewhere. Is this how a loyal customer is treated.
