Very bad service

I have a problem with people who claim to be resolving issues. I have been getting wrong orders from restaurants and after I rate the delivery and the food with a low star/rating someone from mr d sends a message asking what was the problem. When I state the problem they don’t resolve it happened three times and no one gets back to me. I’m sick and tired of this issue.
