Very bad customer service from Mr D / Mr Delivery

I am very disappointed in Mr. D's customer service. I started out chatting with Chandre, then got moved to Moegsiena, and then move to Mickkyle.M. Mickkyle's response was as if I am stupid and clearly never read the previous discussions with Chandre and Moegsiena. They clearly don't seem to understand the issue and clearly don't seem to understand how the app works. I also gave a solution and none of them seem to take note of it. I will be using another service as Uber eats, they can clearly get it right.
