Very bad customer Service 😑

Worst customer service from the pathetic company from their agent Kimberly who refused to cancel my order which I wanted it to be delivered not collected. She redused to cancel my order in time and advised that I should cancel the order from the store directly even though I did not pay the store directly but them. Please refund me my money back because I cannot go collect the order
