Verbal abuse from MR D Driver

I placed an order earlier today. The driver seems to have had trouble finding my house (although I had saved extra descriptions) he decided to verbally attack me in the street for him not finding my house. The hostility took me aback. In a country with such high instances of GBV, to be verbally attacked by a unknown man in the street like that is a gross violation of my rights as a woman. The worst could have happened (we have all seen just how easily) and if you and your company are just fine with employing such animals who cannot respect innocent women, you are actually part of the problem.
