Utterly useless FNB card delivery service

Mr. Delivery (Takealot) handles the delivery of FNB cards. My card was issued on the 6th April and I don't have it yet. They make a feeble attempt to schedule the delivery but if you can't answer the call, they simply don't try again. Or maybe a week goes by and they might give you another call. No system - no email - nothing. If you phone the number that called you i.e. the call centre, you are told the operators are working from home. The Takealot call centre cannot get hold of them either because they are too inundated. What I cannot understand is why FNB continues to allow such an abysmal delivery company to handle such time sensitive items.
