Utterly pathetic

Pathetic service - food arrived ice cold when arrived - Order was placed at 17:42. Driver collected at 18:39. Food got delivered at 19:11. And the restaurant is 3km from my house.

The driver used the excuse that he had a puncture.

I tried to contact the driver multiple time through the app, but he did not respond.

When I complained and asked for e refund, they wanted to give me a R50 voucher.

Please stick your R50 where the sun doesn't shine. I will not use your service again and everyone I know will learn of your terrible service
