Useless to resolve wrong orders. Rather use UberEats

I've just deleted my MRD app from my phone because I always default to it even though they are absolutely useless if you get a wrong order. I've laid two complaints MrD in the past regarding Kauai Dainfern Square (DFD***3), Burger King Fourways Mall (#DFD***0) with pictures of the food. NONE of these two complaints were resolved. The last emails I got for both was "Thanks so much for the feedback on your latest order and for giving us the opportunity to further investigate."
