Useless support

I hate this service and will never advise anyone to use it as the customer support is the worst ever. Loged a complaint and a day later just got an rmail of how was the support that I received. No phoned or mailed..... Nothing I had to drive to the store and get a complete new order at my cost once again. This is really really poor and its also not the first time something like this happened. But if I use a different company I never had this issue. Thanks alot for your K.. support. The staff doesn't answer you or the just drop the call I have all the recordings available but this won't change a thing but be sure I will make this publick on all social media platforms
