Useless Service

It's been well over months since i requested @Mr.Delivery to process my refund for food that was half cooked with blood running from the meat @BraaiBlockMidrand. Still i wait today, they do not allow the resturant to run the refund on their behalf, all you get is an email saying they attending to issue. Awful business model, keep the money see me no more. TRUST ME!!
