useless service

<p>i have been waiting for over a week for them to deliver my new fnb card i was promised last week friday then it was monday then tuesday then thursday and it still has not been delivered, calling them is useless as the phone is never answered unless u hold on for a minumun 20 minutes. i eventually got through again tonight and asked for a manager i was told the manager was on another call but he would return my call.......... yeah right no body returns calls, they dont seem to care either. my card has been with them for over a week but they delivered 5 cards to our branch today, is my card not important enough for them?? i will be forwarding a complaint to fnb and suggest they find another more responsible courier that can actually do their job.</p>
