useless new app, ridiculous new fees, stupid new rules

<p>well, it seems the only way to order from mr delivery now is via the wonderful (NOT!) app.</p> <p>firstly, the app only allows one order (read one restaurant) at a time,thus two orders have to be placed for ordering from two restaurants now. the problem here is that this means TWO delivery fees, which, by the way,shot up from R24 to 35,as well as two tips, because you now send two drivers out for orders from two different places. (although the website clearly states "one flat fee" ,but upon enquiry via telephone,i get told,no, it is one flat fee PER RESTAURANT.now,i may not be a legal expert,but this,ladies and gentlemen, is what we call FALSE ADVERTISING and MISREPRESENTATION.</p> <p>i have a question here. WHO IS THE TOTALLY,UTTERLY, COMPLETELY *********** INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM OF INDIVIDUALS WHO THOUGH UP THIS GLORIOUS IDEA ???!!!</p> <p>i CAN tell you ONE thing: mr delivery will NEVER get business from me again, EVER !</p> <p>and i am willing to bet my total bank balance that 99% of other sensible customers will feel the exact same way.</p> <p>good business practice is definitely not to suddenly start charging customers double for delivery fee AND then on top of that forcing them to place two different orders at the new double fee.</p> <p>effectively this means that an order from two places, that previously cost R24 in delivery charge, now costs R70. !!!???</p> <p>happy sinking mr delivery, because that is certainly where you are going with this new policy of yours: there is only ONE possible outcome and that is STRAIGHT DOWN. which is exactly what you deserve in my humble opinion.</p> <p> i will be putting my beer in the fridge in the meantime while counting down to the joyous celebration of the countrywide downfall of mr delivery because of this new ingenious new setup.</p> <p>BEST OF LUCK CHAPS !
