Useless Mr Delivery Service

Not the first time, but Mr D service is absolutely pathetic. Customer service is equally atrocius. I live 1.8km from Mt edgecombe Mcdonalds. I had to order from Mcdonalds Gateway which is 8,859kms away. That's almost 8x the distance from home and 8x as long to deliver. Please Mr D, go back to the US. Uber eats are much more efficient and polite. Your staff think they are doing us a favour. It's winter. How would you like a cold burger knowing that it could have been warm/hot had your other useless branch that's literally next door responded?

Please go back to America. We don't need yourt **** service...
