USELESS - MR DELIVERY & KFC BRACKENFELL

The most pathetic service created on this planet. I placed an order based on a promotion Mr. Delivery offered only to find out the order was not placed correctly. After numerous calls with *********** people. They can not assist me in any way to correct or fix it. THIS WAS WITHIN MINUTES OF RECEIVING THE INCORRECT ORDER!!! YOU OFFER A USELESS SERVICE if you can not help your clients. You will do anything possible to make an extra buck.

I called KFC to correct the order and the best part was being told to leave a message, my shift is ending.. ***..

I expect an actual RESPONSE.
