Useless Mr D customer service!

Mr D is very convenient and I use it a lot. My problem is that when the restaurant gets the order wrong, ones only recourse is the Mr D app and THAT is useless. There is no person at the other end of the line, just bot after bot after bot. Each response shows a brand new fictional name, and no name appears twice in an exchange. Also, there is no place to complain other than BotVille.
