Useless MR D

Pathetic Service, will not use them again i ordered my food arrived full of coke after a wait i get a coupon i then get told to re order my food using the coupon code to the value of R112

but i accidentally clicked order now with out entering the coupon and it went through charging me again so i called Mr D straight away to cancel and explain what had happened and there answer was sorry sir we cant cancel the order it has already gone to a driver so i said then cancel the coupon and refund me for my coupon the manager said we cant refund coupons so i`m basically forced to spend extra money by them due to there driver *****ing up in the first place they steel your money.... i mean surly they can see on the system that code has not been used just cancel it and refund me.

People rather use Uber eats they at least have cancel your order option if you make a mistake
