Useless Mr D

About a week and a half ago i used Mr. D to order food totaling about R522.00 from a Chinese restaurant. When i received the food, we noticed that there was a coak roach in one of the boxes. We immediately contacted the restaurant and then took all the food back. They were unable to refund me saying that i needed to contact MR. D since i order on the app. I then logged a complaint on the app and received an acknowledgement . After numerous follow ups all they say is they are investigating. How long does it take to investigate as i provided pictures and the owner of the restaurant is aware.

Mr. D services are discussting and worrying as they do not care about you after you have paid. I will never use them again and want my refund now
