For some reason the drivers in Bloemfontein simply refuse to use a front door and doorbell, despite delivery instructions, despite at least 30 complaints, despite speaking to an office manager telephonically. Again today, same issue. Asked the driver who harassed me via phone to supply his supervisors contact details. Blocked me. Asked their "customer services" for ceo office details - they ignore you. Surely, the owners must be made aware of the horrific "service"!?
