Useless app and incompetant staff and drivers

I am a very loyal user of Mr D but since yesterday I have decided to delete the app. The last 3 orders I've placed was either incorrect or had items missing. Mr D refuses to compensate me or refund me unless I post a photo. Really?? Last night I placed an order with McDonalds and the driver took the wrong order at the restaurant. Didnt even bother to check or offer to drive back. My husband had to drive all the way back to Mcdonalds and the staff were just so rude and did not even apologise. Even worse, the lady at the counter didnt even check the contents of the order we brought back! I tried querying this with Mr D but they said theres nothing they can do. Useless and pathetic, I will be using Uber Eats from now on. Good riddance!!
