USELESS

At 13:50 I placed an online order. At 16:00 I had not received anything, but my money R127 had been taken off my bank account. I called the branch and call centre several times and was advised my order was not there, then I had the Branch Manager with my proof of payment (how absolutely ridiculous) after 45 minutes of back and forth (further waiting may I add) they realised I had placed an order which was allegedly \stuck"online.<br> Instead of making a plan for a quick delivery they tell me at 16:50 (we are now at 3 hours of waiting ) that my delivery will be within an hour.<br> In essence I must wait 4 hours for a delivery. I'm am utterly annoyed and frustrated with the incompetence displayed by this useless service!"""
