Useless

We have placed an order from burger king via the Mr D app. The order was 5X meals in total, 5 burgers, 5 loaded fries and 5 cold drinks. Upon arrival of the order, we have notified the driver there are missing items, 1X cold drink and 1X loaded fries. He took pictures of the items in the bag and said he will collect and bring them. It's been over an hour now and nothing. It's shocking because items paid for and never received. In normal terms that is seen as theft. This is seriously pathetic from either burger king or Mr D. Will no be making use of their lack of service ever again.
