Useless

Useless customer service. 2 hours after order sent I collected the food myself. Customer service says "oh good glad u got it". Really?!?!? I collected it myself. Where is the offer for a refund or credit or decent apology. Absolutely useless. Then your app messages to tell me my food has arrived! Talk about adding insult to injury. Not impressed!
