Useless

I’m so frustrated with this app! I use it weekly but for the last week I’ve had so many issues. I’ve placed 2 separate orders 3 days apart and both were not accepted without any warning. My account was deducted and I end up having to wait 2 days for MY MONEY. Its really annoying when orders get rejected and you’re not even helped by the call centre agent who says he’ll “call me in 5 minutes” It’s pathetic This is a useless service I’d much rather get into my car than have the schlep of dealing with mr delivery
