Useless

Useless. You guys stuffed up my orders all three times I used you. That's 3 messed up orders in two weeks. The last one you wouldn't even deliver because according to you, your driver was outside the house, but we called the estate security and there never was a Mr D guy at the gate wanting to get in. And then you won't even refund me, as you say the driver was in the estate and outside the house. Will never make use of you guys again.
