Use Uber eats instead

Ordered food off Mr. D. Provider did not respond both times but Mr. Delivery took the money off my account both times. They have taken days to refund money that was not suppose to be taken off in the first place.

No where in the terms and conditions do they speak of their refund policy. You find this out after your money does not reflect in your bank account after a few days.

I phoned them and all they say is we understand your frustration. But no they don't they take money off before any service has even been provided.

It's ridiculous. Pathetic company with a pathetic service to it's customers.
