URGENT REQUEST ON FEEDBACK!!!!

I have just had the most tedious experience with Mr D

Firstly I queried on the fact that their driver was rude (No feedback) The food delivered was incorrect ordered a McFeast and got delivered a Big Mac imagine double the difference

Instead im being asked to take a pic of an actual burger and not the box because the restaurant might say they were out of boxes as if that’s my problem

Now I get an email from them with an R30 coupon while I specifically advised I haven’t eaten the whole day waiting for their feed back Vusi called and was polite I have to say but hasn’t returned my call

Im currently I’ll and have to take medication 2 times day so I had to survive a day without food and or medication and have sent numerous emails with no feedback
