Urgent

On Sunday 26th February, i placed an order via the Mr D app. After waiting a while for my order i stepped outside. However, my husband then enters an hears the phone and as he was about to answer, (which the phone was lnt even ringing that long). The phone went off. We then checked and when i checked on the app it shows my order was cancelled and to top it off the driver who ever he is called from a private number which in my defence i could not call back. I then called the store where the order was coming from and they advised that they could not assist and that i should take it up with the Mr D app.

Any how.....i have then tried calling there customer care number more than once. My order in total came to R266, bare in mind i cannot get through to there customer care and logged a query to get a responce only on Monday 27th February.

Then get a responce only to be told that i cannot getbmy refund as all process was followed from the driver. Which im this case was done. Yes driver showed up as per the app, yes driver called as per the app, however he called from a PRIVATE NUMBER. How do i get hold of a driver called from a private number? Other thing is this, driver hasnt made the necessary effort to get hold of me since he could not get hold of me by call we have security at the gate entrance which he could just ask for assistance which also every other driver that delivers or anything for that matter gets assistance from the sercurity.

I am utterly disgusted with the service and lack of assistance coming from the Mr D app. R266 is not much but still its a waste of money i did not get anything for and then to be told it goes to the store as the meal was prepped and left the store. So if that was the case why couldny the driver put in more effort to make sure that i got my meal.

I am demanding my refund and never will i be using the Mr D app again as my experience was just terrible. I dont see how this is on me when someone else now benifited from my money this is just outragers. I lost R266 on food frok KFC due to a driver that has his number on Private. I need my money refunded asap.
