Unsympathetic

I had purchased goods from Takealot.com and they used the MrDexpress to deliver the goods. There are some items that i needed returned and have had to reschedule with Mrdexpress 2 due to their own internal issues / errors of sending the instructions to a wrong depot within their organisation, When speaking to their call agents, they're absolutely unsympathetic of their own flaws and errors.

Absolutely Ridiculous that I have to be inconvenienced due to their inability to follow their own process'.
