"Unsuccessful Delivery" ****

I made a card purchase for food to be delivered, however, the driver cancelled the delivery even after being given the correct address to begin with. The customer service experienced by Kimberly and Brittany was disgusting to say the least because it was indicated that I would not get my food, nor a refund, just a voucher worth 50% less than the original purchase price. Taking the matter to the Ombudsman as this is a worrying trend.
