Unsatisfied with Query raised

Received inedible food on the 25/26th of November. Mr. Delivery refunded but the funds never reached my account. Have provided proof from my bank statements, have called my bank to confirm if funds are stuck, they confirmed funds were never paid. I have requested Mr. Delivery repeatedly to investigate further, although they have provided proof of payment from their side, no proof has been provided as to whether the payment was actually successful as I am sure the funds bounced back. At the end of this, I am the only one that has lost out, inedible food and no compensation.
