Unsatisfied with Mr D Food Service

I made an order earlier this morning at Barcelos (blue valley mall in centurion), via Mr D Food APP, the order was confirmed and order was supposed to be delivered after 34 minutes, i waited and the order was not delivered as promised on the APP, After waiting some more couple of hours, the had not yet being delivered and i decided to check what was happening on the APP, when i opened the APP the order had been confirmed as delivered and at that time i had not got contacted by the driver, i then decided to call Barcelos to lay a complaint that i have not yet got my order, the guy i spoke to confirmed that my order was picked up by a driver and they have no details of this person i must lay a complaint to Mr D Food, of which i did and have not yet got any feedback from them.
