Unsafe driving

A Mr Delivery vehicle has crashed into my car in March after overtaking on the right hand side on a solid line........ in Brooklyn They have been extremely difficult to get hold off and assisting with the copayment for the insurance. Sending me from one department to the next. I have not crashed into myself nor did I crash into the delivery guy. Unfortunately there is not a -10 at the review. They did not sit for a week without a car nor did they have to fork out the copayment..... Nor do they care......
