Unresolved complaints and unsatisfactory food

I was very disappointed at the way Mr Delivery handled a dispute I had with a order from Boston Fisheries. I ordered food and what I received was not of the quality or standard that Mr Delivery normally pride themselves on delivering. I had no response to my complaint even after submitting photos of my complaint as well as the fact that I paid for a medium chips and received 54 dried oily end of the potato chips and pick n pay smokeys that was disguised as russians. I indevoured to ask why my query was not dealt with and was told they cannot comply to anything if the supplier or restaurant do not respond.
