UNRESOLVED ACCIDENT

A driver of theirs drove into my vehicle and damaged it. It now rusts as off writing this. They have been poor to respond, you have to chase them down with calls and Emails. Their emails has more apologies than energy spent resolving it. Its been over a month and i received barely any feedback. Not to mention the manage i was dealing with eventually calls from a private number to message her the details via watsapp. (How professional). Lucky the driver had given me her cell. Upon sending and awaiting response, i then get a reply, its her private number and must not contact it. Its been over a month and Mr D is yet to reslove this matter. This is by far the worst Company with regards to customer care. IF ANYONE knows how i can deal with this in another matter, please let me know!
