Unreliable staff

I ordered food at Steer through Mr D on a Saturday evening. My order arrived but was not complete as the ice cream that I ordered with my good was not there. The deliver person said at the store, they did.not give him my orders ice cream. He promised to bring it the following day in the morning. The following day, Sunday, around midday, I sent him a message and he said he forgot and will come during the day. It did not happen. Monday I phoned the driver again, nothing. During the week, I phoned again, again nothing. On the Friday, I phone him again, and he said he does not work there anymore. He said he left work 2 days after my incident.
