Unreliability

Mr D should be given no stars. This is not the first time I have had an issue with them. They did not have stock of what I needed and so I placed a second order a few minutes after. The delivery was supposed to be at 19:03. I had not received anything,at 20:10 I had logged a query on the WhatsApp. The agent then canceled my order without my consent and they had credited me for the order. The only help they can give are R50.00 coupons??? This is a major inconvenience considering that they do not even communicate about this. The order should have not even been accepted by the store to begin with!
