Unprofessional service from Kirsten

Driver collected my order with full , clear instructions , entered the complex cancelled the order , exist through the same entrance , I queried this with “Kirsten” who was so unprofessional and did not apply and customer care ethics , Mr D want to credit me R66 while my order was R117 , then what is the R66 for ? I want my money back all of it
