Unprofessional service delivery

I waited for my order for 2 hours, at this time it was 20:30. I called to cancel the order but it was disappointing to be to told my order was already canceled and I can request a refund but the refund will take 3 - 5 days before it's in my account. Now I'm broke, can't place an order somewhere else. Very disappointing service.
