Unprofessional service

I place two orders from KFC and the other one from Rocomamas and the KFC order didn't give me all the items that I orderes and I couldn't check before she left because she was waiting in the wrong place I had to walk to her and it was dark. The rocomamas order the order was placed at 1918 to be received at 1955pm to 2010pm and he picked the order up at 1951pm at 2020 I phoned to find out where my order is and they said it's left they will call the driver and find out. He said his bike has issues then 10 minutes after tht he started driving. And mind you I had to phone them to ask why the man just standing at one place not moving but he picked up my order already and he didn't reply to my chats. Then he drove and said his here but he was nowhere to be seen. We got hold of him and asked where he was and he was at another place and my husband literally had to drive there to get our order at 20:42 pm order was received from us mind you he said delivered at 20:28pm. Same day two errors..... Mind u jot the first time getting Half my order we pay more on the app to get quality service, then u don't get what u pay for and have to still drive to fetch ur order that's more then an hour late.
