Unprofessional, poor communication

We placed an order with Mr Delivery for 1x Spur order and 1x Col Cacchio order. The delivery time was set to be 13:54. Eventually I had to follow-up with a telephone call to the Gardens branch at 14:20 to confirm how far the order is. First I was completely taken back by the unprofessional manner in which the telephone conversation was handled and then in the same discussion felt like the blame was passed onto me for being impatient. To seal the deal the driver arrived with the food short of 15:00 with no apology for being late or explaining why it took him so long as well as the food was ice cold. I phoned the branch to express my unhappiness and all I got was long periods of silence with no attempt to try and correct what has just happened. Being in the profession of marketing and communications I understand the value add that each interaction gives to a brand and it is sad to see and hear to which level of professionalism Mr Delivery has dropped. Rather in future I do recommend that those that wish to make use of this service first consider eating out or collecting your own take aways as you will be very disappointed should you ever have to contact Mr Delivery Gardens
