Unprofessional Mr D

In fact I'm very very angry. I ordered a meal at Wimpy Cape Gate to my surprise the sandwich wasn't there the milkshake wasn't there. I asked the driver he said he was only delivering but doesn't know what's inside because the package was sealed. He gave me his phone to speak to his management at Brackenfell and one of the ill mannered supervisor called Megan answered. What bothers me most is she started to verbally abuse the driver. She didn't solve my case but she was busy victimising the poor s****** driver. Such language she was using raised red flags into how employees are treated at Mr D Brackenfell. I don't worry now with missing meals but abusing employees and threatening them for something that is beyond their control is unprofessional. Will be following up on this.
