Unprofessional driver behavior 😡

I placed an order 2 hours ago. The resturant received my order, I called the resturant and they confirmed that they've received mh order but the pathetic Mr D driver didn't come to cellect it. The resturant called me 2 hours later to say the driver is on his way to collect my delivery from the store then to me. I honestly don't appreciate this kind behavior, especially from a big company like yours. You need to do better, hire better staff that need jobs, not these pathetic nonsensical people you have. I'm beyond angry and this will be the last time I order anything using your terrible services. Do better!!!
