Unprofessional Driver

I had the worst experience ever. I left notes requesting the driver to bring change..when he arrived he had no change and asked he could buy me airtime with the change of R165 that I needed.i said no.. He said I should give him the money and he will go get change for me..I said no what he can do is take the food and go get change.when he comes back to text me and I will come out and pay him and get the food from him..he refused which I saw no issue with hence he said he would return with my money if I gave it to him now why can't he take the food and go get change and return so that we can not fulfill our end of the deal. He asked me to get in the car with him so that we can go get change.i refused and from there he got very angry at me..speaking in his African language which I did not understand and mixing with English that I am wasting his time. He was so angry I stood there shaking.He got in to his car and drove off.i stood there clueless on what to do.luckily I did let him In my apartment and met at the gate.. we both tried to reach out to the help line and received no feed back in the 10min we stood there... The agent got back to me later asking only about the money and the food...
