Unprofessional at mr delivery

I ordered from mr delivery at 18:30 and my order was accepted by the restaurant. At 19:50 I got an email saying that my order was unsuccessful. This is extremely unprofessional as they were so quick to take the money for the food out of my account. I am never using that app again. I wish I could give them zero stars.
