Unprofessional and Lazy Service, Mr D Delivery is just disappointing.

I ordered from Mr D on the 1st of May at around 16:33, I understand that I had to wait because the service was being used by many people on the day, but I had gotten a message around an Hour and 10 mins later saying my order was being picked up, I was still patient.

I then proceeded to wait another 30 mins for the app to tell me that the driver is around the corner, but to my surprise there was no driver around the corner, he was about 3 blocks away from me. The driver remained stagnant at that point for more than 3 hours before the application updated saying that my order could not be delivered.

I contacted support multiple times, but no word about my money or what happens next. I am extremely disappointed at the unprofessionalism of this service.

I would not recommend it to anyone wanting to use a delivery service as your money might be taken like mine.

I would rate the company less than One star for the time wasted and Money wasted.
