Unprofessional and don't offer a service, they give you more work.

Ordered using the mobile app. I received an SMS stating that the money was withdrawn from my account. Minutes later I received a notification that there was an error with my order. I phoned them and they said they can place another order. I received two notifications, one that the order was placed and another to say the order was collected. After that another notification came through to say that there is an error with delivery. I walked to the restaurant to explain the situation and was told that my order was cancelled. Will not be using Mr D again. It's expensive and makes more work for me to enjoy a simple sandwich.
